Bets On The Walking Dead
The Walking Dead is back, and now we get to predict who exactly is going to die next. Fans of the comic may think they’re in a position to know what will happen, but as has been proven time and time again, the show goes dramatically different ways than the comic most of the time.
Below, I’ve taken the odds on whether or not 15 popular Walking Dead characters will be the ones to bite the dust next. See for yourself if you agree or disagree when they’re all laid out and explained below.
“Civilian,” Wye Oak. All those Hershel’s farm-era, Season 2 Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Shane (Jon. Additional armaments, such as nail-guns, knives, crowbars, and more, will aid the player in escaping from the dead. Rescuing fellow survivors from the oncoming horde grants players a health bonus, which reduces the odds that they too will join the ranks of the Walking Dead.
Allen: 2 to 1
That evil look and plot to kill the prison group is going to get him killed, which is why he’s my number one pick on the list here.
Ben: 3 to 1
His son, Ben, is next, but I think that he could have some future relationship with Beth (and love triangle with Carl?), so they may keep him around.
Axel: 6 to 1
I think there’s more to Axel than meets the eye, but he hasn’t been terribly useful yet so he doesn’t seem very safe.
Beth: 8 to 1
She’s one of the last of the farm group, but she’s now firmly in the “I have to carry this baby around role” which the show needs, so she could be safe.
Sasha: 10 to 1
Well, shoot, I thought this was Tyreese’s daughter, but its his sister. Somehow, I think that makes her a bit more vulnerable.
Carol: 20 to 1
Carol without Daryl is largely useless, though I don’t think she’ll die before seeing him one last time. And she is one of the only “original” group members left, so she’s tougher than we give her credit for.
Hershel: 25 to 1
How long can a guy last on one leg? A while if he’s meant to be the sole voice of reason on the show. But look what happened to Dale, I suppose.
The Governor: 30 to 1
He’ll die for sure, but the NEXT one to die? I don’t think so. He’s got a lot more vengeance to exact first.
Merle: 35 to 1
Merle is causing problems, and many of those problems could be over if he was dead, but I have a hunch he’ll be around a while yet.
Andrea: 40 to 1
Andrea you might WANT to die pretty badly, but she’s pretty important for the plot at the moment, so I don’t think she’ll go anywhere.
Asskicker: 50 to 1
Who Will Play Beta In The Walking Dead
Would they kill a baby? They might, considering that for the entire duration of the show, the kid will never be old enough to do anything useful except be in danger, driving the plot forward.
Carl: 75 to 1
Carl is now in ultimate badass mode, and it would be a shame to see him killed before he got the chance to keep evolving.
Tyreese: 80 to 1
Tyreese may be new, but he isn’t going anywhere for a long, long while. New fan favorite, here we come.
Rick: 100 to 1
Bets On The Walking Dead Tonight
They could pull a Game of Thrones and kill of their lead, he’s certainly acting crazy enough, but if they did, I don’t think it would be for a long while.
Daryl: Infinity to 1
